Recording setup is Windows pc, a small mic, and Audacity.exe.

Chopin Prelude in A major

Hi,
I have recently learned this prelude (the easiest of the whole set). My only trouble comes with R.H. in mesure 11.
While holding C# and E with fingers 1-2, you have to play higher A and C# with fingers 4-5. I cannot arrive to play this cleanly. Somewhat, when using fingers 4-5 to play A-C#, i unwillingly depress Bb a little, producing a dirty sound.
Of course, this fingering is the only possibility. I wonder whether you also find this passage a little difficult to play clean, and what can i try to improve it.

Chopin A major prelude big chord

I am learning Chopin's Op. 28 No. 7 prelude. When you get to the 12th bar there is his huge chord which most scores indicate should be rolled, but the original score suggests it should be played all at once.
My hands are *just* big enough to play the full chord in one piece if I stretch it until it hurts.
Any opinios as to the right way to do this? Does it make a significant difference in the way the music feels if you play it together rather than roll it?

Chopin Prelude No.7 Q

Hi all,
Just been looking through some of the Preludes that are around my level. Started No.6, very nice little piece. But I also wanted to do No.6. Problem is Im a little confused about something:
Towards the end there is a particularly rough chord in the treble. It goes A#, C#, E, A#, C#. I can reach the tenth easy enough, but I cant fill in the inner voices of the chord. However, on the music there is a bracket by the bottom notes with a '1' in it. I assume this is specifying the fingering, but I dont get what the bracket is about.
Could someone explain this chord and notation to me? Im wondering whether there is some other excepted way to play this chord that I am not yet aware of. Other than that, I would probably omit a note (it doesnt seem right to arpegitate this one to me).
