The filter chord in b8 or Chopin Prelude 9, are you surposed to take the bottom note with the LH or RH?
Pedalling is indicated, so I guess you could use either, but I wasnt sure what most people did? The interval is certain way to long for the average human to reach, so I figured there must be a standard way to deal with it.
Thanks!

Hi all,
Do any of you have any tips on how to voice chords (i.e. in Chopin Prelude Op. 28. No. 9 in E major)? I am trying to learn how to bring out the top note of the chord (played by the 4th or 5th finger) but mostly the chord is sounding "even".
Any tips on practicing this?
Thanks, atticus |
