Grading pieces

I have to take part in a competition. You have to choose 3 - 4 pieces of Grade 8.
However, I don't know the standard of the pieces of my choice. Undecided

Please help me to find out the standard of them and give me advice: Wink

1.Tchaikovsky: June from Seasons
2.Mozart: Sonata in C KV 309 rondo
3.Chopin : Etudes Op.10 No.1

What do you mean by standard?

I'm pretty sure "June" isn't grade 8

It means that which grade does it belong to(e.g. Grade Cool

If you mean ABRSM grades, then

Tchaikowsky is grade 7
Mozart is grade 8 (the sonata as a whole).
Chopin is advanced (well above grade 8 ).
