Beethoven op.109 - Presstisimo mvt - Advice

Hello all,

I have been learning this Presstisimo movement of Beethovens Sonata 30 Opus 109 for about 2 weeks now and have got around the notes fairly well.  (By the way, I completed grade 8 about a year and a half ago and have stopped having a teacher and now teach myself as a hobby and learn new pieces regularly).

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice concerning the fast passages of 2 lots of triplets.  I can play the notes, its just the articulation and the way it sounds is quite poor.  Should I be using pedal in these passages?

1. Don't teach yourself Opus 109, please, for Beethoven's sake.

2. Half-pedal at most. This is highly contrapuntal music, and you musn't blur its lines with overpedaling.
