Chopin Scherzo n2

Can someone give some info on how to play this section of the scherzo n2. I have been practicing it for a few hours and my right hand is starting to hurt. anyway.. What would the correct fingering be? I have been using: 5 4321 and then 4321 321

any other advice also welcome

Thats the fingering I would use, yes. Seems to fit the hand quite snuggly.

Ok I'm getting it now. At first it just didn't feel "right".

My hands are about average sized I think.

Try playing the notes as a solid chord. This usually gives me an idea of which fingering is most comfortable.
