My teacher mentioned something about this piece to me today for this piano festival in MArch,it's suppose to be the first one ever in P.G County(Maryland). He wants me to learn it, i just wanna know the technical difficulties that he didnt talk about to me since i dont see him until another lesson.
Thanks.

Fast arpeggios, lot of legato, playing chords in which you have to give an accent to the highest note of the chord only.

Thanks Kassaa,
I've finally had a look at the score, and everything you said is true. The arpeggios look very hard to execute(maybe some good'ol Hanon will do the trick, just kidding). The legato in this seems tricky,i think that would be my ultimate challenge. All those chords
,this is very demanding of a piece(well from my view).I have until March to get this together, and my teacher is going to extend my lesson by half an hour for extra help with this(for free
thank God). This should be do-able since i have time to work it out.

Hi,
I am doing this as well, for my coming exam in the end of this month. Not really difficult, I only find the dominant 7th broken chords rather challenging strating bar 25.
Nice piece to show your musciality and pianism. Recommended recording of Pollini. A lot of well thought ideas in his playing.

Hello Thaicheow
Great to hear you are doing it too
.Can't say that this isnt difficult, maybe because it's my first polonaise. You mean measure 25 or bar 25
.Would you happen to have Pollini's recording of this,if so would you mind sending it to me?
