Scriabin - op.2, no.1; what is it studying?

I consider to learn this Etude. But what techniques does it really study, and how difficult is this etude?

Voicing, Legato, phrasing and good pedal use are the main aspects i feel.

It's not too hard.  I'd say it's roughly equal to Chopin's Raindrop Prelude.
