Do you know if there is a recording of it?

The masterpiece tell the performer what to do, and not the performer telling the piece what it should be like, or the cocomposer what he ought to have composed.

Hi presto,

On this webpage you can download a recording by the Russian pianist Maria Yudina from 1948.  Not great quality, but you can hear the Brahms cadenzas.  Very Brahmsian!

Very Brahmsian!

A lot of Brahms; very little Beethoven.

I'm glad Brahms didn't try to make a living writing cadenzas ....  Roll Eyes
