the stupidest youtube comments ever
«

oh my god browsing piano videos on youtube people talk such b ollocks.
here are some of my favourites:
on rite of spring solo piano transcr. - "I heard it with an orchestra on a cd"
on kissin's campanella -
"does he not use pedal? :S"
"Why does he say 'Paganini, Liszt, La Campanella?' Wasn't this piece composed by Liszt?"
"I'm sorry? Me no speak English either."
on lang lang's liebstraume -
"anyone else think Lang Lang creamed his pants during this?"

no the stupidest comments are from random big headed snobs who are always talking crap about how this and this isn;t musical, too bad all these wrong notes ruin the performance etc.
the best is ariel (that arielpiano user here) playing cat and mouse some douchebag says
"at 9 he's not showing enough musicality or maturity he's never going to make it as a pianist" just what the hell...that made me peevd. like ariel even gives a *** at his age
let me find the link its really ridiuclous....

and here is the exact comment i paraphrased
kausikanr (3 months ago)
he doesn't really seem to care about or enjoy the piece, hence maybe all the wrong notes, and so i didn't really enjoy it myself. and a lot of the passagework is quite pianistic and deceptively easy. despite his fantastic technique, i don't think he will make it, as most successful pianists display unusual maturity and musicality at this age. besides, i know lots of people who played scherzo humoristique - cat and mouse - around this age.
"WHO ARE YOU KAUSIKANR?!?!? WHAT ABOUT TEH TMILLIONS OF RIGHT NOTES?
HE"S A KID WWWWWWTTTTTTTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF"
indeed.
although col. sanders in the front row needs to stop being so fidgety

I love this one: "The Guy rocks, but the orchestra is a piece of sh*t."
(comment on Sean Bennet's Rach 3 performance at the age of 14)

Youtube is a FANTASTIC way to share your music and see what people thinks. It's also great when you are about to learn a new piece and want to hear how other people are playing it. Of courser there will always be jerks around, but hey.
The other day I saw this video with a school orchestra playing Gymnopedie 1 (Satie). The comments was great, about how painful it was to listen to an how they were thinking "suicide".... But I have to admit that it was really, really, painful :-)

I agree with you. Snob pompous idiots comments are the comment I hate the most.
Judging is flawed per se, even smaller judgements ... let alone such absolete moronic judgements. I actually don't find his musicality bad at all. And he plays violin too
I didn't know Ariel was an hebrew male name.

Now-a-days it is also a Hebrew female name.

Oh, this guy takes the buscuit!! :
Yundi Li - La Campanella
"farsta1 (2 weeks ago)
At 15 and still can´t play it? Maybe you should quit playing! I learned it at the age of 7. And it´s far away from being one of the hardest pieces to play, not even close. Don´t I know what music or piano is? I started playing late,I had already turned 3 when I started, Today I hold a professors title at one of the finest music universities in the world!"
arrogant or what???
