On this board you can upload your own recordings to get comments from other members.
Instructions:
- Start a new topic for every new piece.
- Put the composer name and the title of the piece in the subject line and comments/questions in the message body.
- Please add "VIDEO: " in the subject line on all topics containing videos.
To upload mp3 files:
Click "Additional options..." and locate the file on your computer.
When clicking the "Post" button the upload starts. Please be patient since it usually takes several minutes to upload a file.
To embedd videos from YouTube:
Paste the YouTube link or ID in the message, double clink on it to select it and click the YouTube button (among the text fromatting buttons).
Rules and guide lines:
Audio files must be in mp3 format and the maximum file size per post is 20 Mb.
Audio recordings must be uploaded as attachments. Posting links to files outside this server is not allowed.
Uploading recordings of performances that are copyright protected is strictly prohibited. This includes CD and live recordings by other musicians than yourself, of which you do not have permission to make the recording publicly available here.
Recordings of your own performances of copyright protected pieces by contemporary composers are OK since we have a licens for providing them.
Include as many details regarding the recording as possible in your message - instrument, date, place, recording equipment etc.
Recordings of acoustic piano are strongly prefered while digital piano recordings may be allowed in exceptional cases.
