Ok, since I  feel tickled and challenged by Pianistimo since weeks I now can't resist anymore. I want to post also a totally unprepared recording. A piece I did honestly not practise for months and I played without any warmup today a few minutes ago. Sorry for the complete mess Grin lol

If you call this a complete mess, then I don't know  Shocked Shocked Shocked

That's much better than the version I heard from Pollini in concert!

dear pianowolfi,  i think your fingers have recovered!  wow.  so beautiful.  i love this piece.  forgot how great it was.  the opus 109 is so wonderfully written and you play it with such feeling.  i like the emphasis on the higher notes on the third page or so.  wow.  thanks for posting this!!!  the order that beethoven put it in, is - of course, the best order.  it's great!

I wish they had. Listen to my "restless prelude" (shameless advert btw Grin) and you will see that I have a bit trouble to play the fast sixteenths distinctly with the right hand because my second and third finger tend to cramp still a bit. But I hope that with my new approach of dealing with the IDEA of music this will get better by and by

   You know thats possibly why you play this MVT so well, it sounds FRESH , almost like an improvisation, you never play notes, it's always music and one thing that i particularly like about this recording is the variety of sound.
    The tempo was perfect,dynamic also very accurate and i think you made each note count. Am glad your RH can play the piano again.

Beautiful!    Smiley  This is one of my favorites, and you play it with wonderful expression.  Maybe a hair more --I don't know..resignation close to the end?  Anyway lovely!

Thanks you two! I honestly have recorded also the second movement unprepared. But that really did not sound very well so i decided to leave that for later Tongue.
