And it is true, the 'atmosphere' of the spa is not enough. May I suggest playing some serene music to please the customers?

Btw, the heat generator for suana 3 has just shown some signs of burning out. Replacement might be vital.

Thank you for your current report. As for the serene music, you should ask all the officials and spa community whether or not it is preferable to put music on in the spa. If it is, then we should find out ( make a poll, for instance, or else ) what sort of music they would like to hear while spaing their body away.

As to sauna 3: hmm...that is really a pity to hear the damage, specially when its only two weeks old. We bought quality, expensive burnes, too. I think i know why this happened. I forgot to mention that it's an automatic sauna burner. NO addded water is ever necessary. i believe people have put too much water way too often. Please put a sign up mentioning the nature of our high tech coal burners.

Else, you are doing a marvelous job. Well done! how about others? we havent heard from mozartian in ages, for instance. thal? xardas? imbetter? and lovely others?

Btw, I am sure I have stated in my previous post about the procedure of becoming the chairman of the maintenace department. As much as wel like you and appreciate your express repair to sauna 3, I would like to suggest to you that you should not self annoint yourself in the future. The response to the free snacks are tremendous. The spa is doing better than ever.

Something absolutely terrible has happened. It started today when a guest threw up in the spa(Moz took care of the mess). Then, almost simultaneusly, many of the guests complained of stomach troubles and headaches. I suspect that there has been some contamination in the food at our bar, as guests who did not consume from the bar were fine. I took the liberty of closing up the bar. Thankfully, the guests soon felt better and left.

Investigation on the suspected contaminated food has started, and the bar will be closed until further notice. Rest assured that the attendence of the people in the spa will not be affected...the spa commitee will take care of that.

I am sorry that I had not brought this up with you before, but our bar needs an attendent attending to the food and drinks. The food and drinks at our bar were prepared beforehand, and guests would help themselves with the food, thus bringing up further the chance of contamination.

Besides a bar attendent, I also recommand a proper sick bay, so that if in the future, when such an incident occurs, we would be more prepared in facing the problem.

I am terribly sorry to hear about the incident. And i am confident to say that you did the right thing.

Do inform Mozartian and imbetter to work exclusively in the bar, and in the meantime, i need your help to recruit bar attendants ( up to 5 ).

Some of us have been rather inactive here. I need to make sure that each and every official is doing his/her job accordingly. I need their suggestions, input, etc. Am i clear?
