Your current job descriptions:

1. Make sure that each and every official put up the sign: "SPA IS OPEN", as soon as the spa in the chat room is created. Every official needs to open and attend the spa 1 hour a day. In case one can't fulfill this obligation, he/she must let his/her excuses known to you, which in turn will soon be reported to me, as the spa manager.
2. Report any shortcomings of the flashchat to nils. Flashchat is currently very problematic.
3. Make sure every offical is friendly and helpful to all customers. 
4. Create and attend the spa for 1 hour per day. the choice of hour is flexible.

I am sorry I might not have been clear with my instruction. It is my mistake, but what i meant by providing a presentable Board-of-Directors board, was that if you could make a graphic design with the list provided.
