Dear Mr tds,

The spa has been workin fairly good over the last few days, attendence level is progressing. However, there are a few problems which we would have to take note of.

1. A breakdown of the heat generators in spa pool 2. Visitors were somewhat unhappy about the cold water today. Urgent notice: Heat generators to be fixed

2. We REALLY need to post a sign:No Urinating in the Pool!!! We have had some inconsiderate visitors who not only left behind wet footprints *ahem*.

3. I recommend hiring a few security guards. Some people tried to sneak in today...
