need advice, suggestions
on: March 23, 2007, 06:09:17 AM
Am I crazy? I’m three semesters away from graduating with a science degree. This is my third semester in college where my family and I actually had to pay for it.  It’s not been cheap but not cripplingly expensive. However, I’m completely addicted to music and play piano at a very high level. The only reason I didn’t want to be a music major was because I didn’t and still don’t want to be a piano teacher and I figured I’d have an easier time of it after college if I studied something technical. Well, I’m feeling unsatisfied now, I really, really miss doing music all the time (which was pretty much my life in highschool) and am seriously considering transferring to music schools and then going to business school after that.

It’s already too late or not quite feasible to apply as a transfer for this fall, so I’m looking for schools that allow spring transfers. I’m also looking for schools that have loads of money and want to give some if it to me. I’m also sort of worried that some schools will have used up their scholarship money on fall matriculates and won’t want to give me loads of it, so I’m open to waiting till next Fall 08 (but I don’t really want to do that since I’ll feel pretty old by the time I start).

Opinions, school suggestions?
