How do you guys stay in touch with the recitals that are about to hapen, or the new cds that are being lunched?
Is there a web site that brings all the news from the classical world?

radio, music halls, uni's, and for the cd's - barnes and noble.  i'm sure there must be some good magazines, too.

seems that word of mouth is one sure fire way, too.

i've met some interesting people in music stores.  maybe just go out looking for trouble.  pepper music store is huge!

I subscribe to two piano magazines and they upcoming recitals and competitions and the latest CD releases.
I am also on the mailing list/email list of nearby concert halls/recording labels etc. and therefore receive their newsletters.
I also find out about concerts from discussions on music forums!
Finally, from fellow musicians, teachers and friends.
