Hi, very nice!! Generally I enjoyed your playing. My only comment would be that it seemed a little sluggish here and there. Going from one phrase to another seemed to slow down a bit too much before beginning again. Were you reading this or playing from memory? My teacher has me memorize everything and it really seems to help with the flow of the music. Very clean no mistakes!!! (that I noticed). I applaud you for putting your work out there for others to hear. I am dissapointed that 23 people listened and did not comment. I would like to hear more. May have inspired me to post something too. Thanks, Jim

I love this waltz and you play it beautifully. I noticed that you play the third beat in the LH accompaniment, staccato. Various pianists play the LH either, staccato on the 2nd and 3rd beat (only), or all three beats under the pedal.

Something in general: Opinions may differ but to my opinion you play it a bit too much 'strauss'-like, instead of Chopinish. So i would use more pedal, more rubato and less metronomical with your left hand.

I was playing from memory when I recorded this, thanks for your comments. I love this waltz and you play it beautifully. I noticed that you play the third beat in the LH accompaniment, staccato. Various pianists play the LH either, staccato on the 2nd and 3rd beat (only), or all three beats under the pedal. Yeah my teacher told me to put staccato on the third beat.
