pianowolfi is improviser extrordinaire

yes. last night - first hand i witnessed pianowolfi at the piano. at my piano. the one that he also noticed was slightly out of tune (the black notes being the most tuned) - but did that stop him? noooo. he played his 'styx' composition and improvised in the most extraordinary way. so - i want to say that some people's playing is much better in person. hope he doesn't mind me saying so. and, he's a very nice person.
he seems to be able to take a theme and add many interesting harmonies to it with EASE. i am shocked. it would take me ages to get three chords in order that i heard in my head (if they were complex). he has some extremely complex sounds and resolves them in a sort of 'wafting' away way - where they come back to the theme and then disappear again. pianowolfi is like a chameleon with music and themes.

he told me not to tell where he was so the paparazzi wouldn't follow him. give him a message and maybe he'll hit your part of pennsylvania, too.
