Great job of composing!  There was much that I liked--the handling of the ostinato bass which never wore out its welcome, the modulations and interchanges of major and minor modes, the seamless handoffs of melody between instruments, the evolving orchestration of the melodic line, the "verismo" effects toward the end, and more.  This is a highly conceptualized piece of music that's executed extremely well, rendering the desired impact of the undersea world on the listener.  I hope more here will check it out.  It's well worth the listen.  I really hope the documentary will use your music in the soundtrack.  Good luck on that!  Thanks for posting.

This is about the 7th or 8th time I'm listening to it, and it really keeps me listening..

You really composed a nice piece of music here, somehow the whole structure of the piece feels so natural, like a wave it builds, sustains and finally ebs away.

I like the way you incorporate repitition into your piece, it's something I tend to do as well because I believe repetition is fundemental and extremely important in music.

And the title reflects the atmosphere created by this music well too. Good job, I hope the turtle thing works out.

It really sounds special. When I listen to music, I sometimes flow into a, well kind of dream I suppose. I'm not aware of what happens around me, because the music takes me away.
I guess most people have tried it - it's a great experience, though it rarely happens - But, it happened when I listened to that piece!

What kind of software do you use when composing your music?

And by the way - I cannot find a way to download the music from Broadjam.com, but I noticed that you've made a few albums!? Can you buy them? And where from?

  I see seahorses, I love these, they float so weightlessly and they are like from a different planet...i am dreaming as well..i hope very much that one day some of your music will be accepted at a documentary or so..and there are also these very strange looking deep sea creatures who never see a clue of light... like tiny little monsters they look, living in a fascinating environment.

Thanks Nonfox! Actually I do all my recording away from the computer (in another room).

I use a Yamaha Motif ES8, Roland JV-1010, Korg NIR, Oberheim Mini Grand, and an assortment of racks. I also use a Fostex DMT-8 (mostly for live fx) and then everything goes through a Mackie Mixer.

From the Mackie it goes into my computer. I use Sound Forge 8 for editing (very little needed at this time though).

I don't have any of my albums for sale at the present time, but I'll upload some more tracks from the album that has "Creatures From the Sea".
