Wow.  This is very very nice... better than most recordings I've heard.  You even nailed the two nasty parts in the last movement.  Nicely done!

I absolutely love this recording!  It has an unstoppable spirit.  And the second movement was so moving; I never noticed that in those diminished chord forte-piano sections, the middle part of the chord is held through.  It was so clear and beautiful in this recording.  Please post more!

Fabulous!!!  I love the way you play Beethoven.  Not overdone, but with great flair!  You captured Beethoven's gruffness in those "peasant-like" passages in the 3rd movement that contrasted so nicely with the melodious main theme--and the 4th movement had just the right combo of humor and seriousness.

about the last mvmt: had played it in a totally different way up till the recording, played it quite a bit faster and mch more in the humorous vain.  Then i read that it was more in the tender, 'liebst du mich' vain, like op31 no3 so i changed it a bit. Glad you liked it because i was a bit insecure

any ideas on that issue?

wow!  this really does have spirit!  don't you wish that beethoven wrote in the full octave alternation on the third page or so?   i always thought that the pattern was set and if he'd had a bigger piano - he'd have played the octave notes.

thanx for your comments!  I think it is totally ok to add octaves in parts of this sonata, also i do it in op.109 in the second mvmt.
