hi, i would like to get some info about music school in US universities.
First, my area which i would like to focus on is, piano pedagogue, or piano performance. I am not that kind of serious performer, and thinking of finding a good university to further my studies. Anybody has this area's info, please tell me.
THanks a lots!!

If you have access to it, check out "the well-tempered piano teacher." It is a wonderful book and it may give you some ideas.
Also, get in contact with Karen Taylor at Indiana University. She specializes in teaching piano pedagogy to pianists and if you are serious about the field, you would benefit from establishing contact with her.
Also, check out the Golandsky Institute. They have a certification program you may be interested in.
Good luck!
P.S. Where are you?

Also try to find Jane McGrath, she is said to be amazing in pedagogy. I don't know where she is. Google her.

Check out the Eastman school of Music in Rochester, NY. Last I heard it was one of the best, or the best in the US. Tony Caramia is the director of Pedegogy, wonderful teacher and a great person. Good luck
