What do you want to know about them? I have heard these two concertos and can possibly say something about them.

I think there's only two, unless a third is unpublished or named something besides 'Piano Concerto No. 3.' Doing some searching, a few websites erroneously listed a 'No. 3' one for the title of the CPO disc with nos. 1 and 2 included.
I know that there's a little confusion regarding the numeration of his sonatas and that the Jazz Sonata is known as the "first fourth sonata" and so forth.
I would get the CPO disc because I'm sure the liner notes would explain the pieces' histories. It was put out in 2006 and in the past the Piano Concerto 1 from 1922 was listed as "incomplete."

No, only two. He also has another work for piano(s) and orchestra, called "A Jazz Symphony". I said piano(s) because the first version was for 3 pianos and orchestra and the revisions are for 1 piano and orchestra. I personally prefer the original. I also prefer it over the piano concertos which I found to be a little lacking. They have their moments though.
