Horowitz ending to Liszt/Schubert:Soirees de Vienne Valse caprice No.6

Horowitz performs an alternate ending to the Liszt-Schubert Soirees de Vienne Valse caprice No.6. You can hear it on his Moscow concert CD or at Youtube at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=69Sooz7DtAw
Is this Horowitz's own ending or is it from somewhere else?
Has anyone seen this transcribed? Any ideas what he is doing?
Thanks!
Carl

Since Horowitz never actually wrote this down, i fail to see how there can be any copyright.
Therefore, i see no harm in posting.
