Conservatoires

Hello
Could anybody give me any advice/random info/opinions on the following conservatoires:
Conservatorium van Amsterdam
Hochschule der Künste Berlin
Koninklijk Muziekconservatorium Brussels
Hochschule für Musik Cologne
Koninklijk Conservatorium, The Hague
Musikhochschule Karlsruhe
Musikhögskolan i Malmo
Norges Musikkhøgskole, Oslo
Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris
Academy of Performing Arts, Prague
Universität Mozarteum Salzburg
Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Stuttgart
Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht
Universität für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Vienna
New England Conservatory, Boston
Manhattan School of Music, New York
Eastman School of Music, Rochester, New York State
What teachers are the best to study with out of these places? Is anybody here at any of them?
I'm applying for an exchange program, and I need to decide where to apply. I'm serioulsy considering Paris and Manatten.
Has anyone else done an exchange? Also, we have to submit a recording of ONE piece :-s which seems strange. So I dunno what piece to enter....something like a Chopib scherzo, Ballade? Something bigger (Liszt sonata?), Beethoven sonata?? Any ideas?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

If you are going to Eastman, try to get in the class of Barry Snyder
If you are going to Paris, try to study with Bruno Riguto(I hope I spelled his name correctly). Also in France, try to study with Olivier Gardon and Herve N'Kaoua.
Herve N'Kaoua is teaching in Bordeaux. If you contact him, tell him I sent you
I am one of his former students,he is the person I consider my mentor and we are very good friends.

I can only tell you about this one: Koninklijk Muziekconservatorium Brussels
Because I live in Brussels. You have two sections, French and Flemmish.
On the Flemmisch side you have teachers as Jan Michiels, Daniel Blumenthal, Boyan Vodenitcharov, Aleksandar Madzar,..
On the French side you have teachers as Eugene Moguilevsky, Mikhael Faerman, Patricia Montero,...
It's a good school I think.
