New Repetoire (post romantic)

Hi
I'm just finishing up Bach's P&F BWV 848 in C#, Bk1, Beethoven's moonlight, Chopin's Fantasie Impromptu and Brahms's 118/2 for my ATCL in december. After that I want to look at a couple of post romantic, early 20th century works, to do alongside beethoven's les adiuex (hopefully). i don't want to study atonal works. i'm looking for pieces that'll be playable at my level, not virtuosic pieces like islamey, etc.
any suggestions?
thanks
jc

Early Scriabin. There are many miniatures
Medtner. A lot of tonal and dark sounding stuff.
Albeniz. Vibrant, lively and evocative Spanish music.

Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

Some Ravel, possibly the Sonatine?
Or a couple of Debussy preludes.
There's also a two-movement pseudo-sonata by Leos Janacek called I. X. 1905. It is, if you ask me, a pretty awesome piece. A friend of mine played it as a part of her conservatory graduation concert... left me breathless.

Like, wow. Gets me every time.
Prokofiev? The set of Sarcasms, or Scherzo and March from the Love to Three Oranges would be my tip.

I love Janacek. This is really wonderful and interesting and haunting music. From the first note to the last.

thanks for the janacek vid, interesting piece, i'll try to get the music. btw is rachmaninoff considered 20th century( say for a univ audition, or a competition)? i've got his op 23 and op 32 preludes, looked at the b minor op 32/10. Has anyone played his liebefreud (arrangement of a kreisler piece i think)? how difficult is it compared to say, the g minor prelude op23/5?
