anyone played it? if so maybe you could help me out here

i'm at the passage towards the end marked "vif" (dotted quaver= 138) which is formed of endless retrogrades in the left hand and staccato notes in the right. The trouble is that the left hand (marked p legato) often has the same note as the right hand (marked f staccato). How is this usually approached, which hand and which articulation takes precedence? If it is the right that would mean that i will have to leave notes out in the left hand in order to maintain a staccato touch...

I listened to the recording I have (Håkon Austbø), and it seems that he plays the notes that occur in both hands with the right hand, which means that they are articulated as staccato. So, I would assume that the right hand articulations (staccato) take precedence. So yes, leaving out the notes in the left hand would be a smart idea. I have not played this piece, but I hope this helps anyways.
