Orchestra's that are not as good as they seem

For one, the Boston Symphony Orchestra has been receiving quite a few negative reviews and many blame it on Mr Ozawa. From Wikipedia, they said that after Ozawa failed to become the Berlin PO's P. Conductor he went to Boston. And when he conducted the new year's concert, he was conducting an orchestra who knew the music better then him.
The Singapore Symphony orchestra has been receiving rave reviews. . Most recently from its trip to China. But I don't see anything impressive about it. For one, The Russian National Orchestra under Mikhail Pletnev has given much better performances and the Malaysian Philharmonic is so much better. .

Yes - that apostrophe in the title is spurious!

You should have used "than" instead of "then"...
Your subject title is so abstract that it doesn't make sense! How can an orchestra (or anything for that matter) not be as "good as they seem?"
