hey grace!
c'mon, martha is so cool. i really love her playing.
but for chopin's polonaises, i'm rather conservative...rubinstein's version is the one for me. anyway, i like several others, including the names you listed. thinking a bit, it's not a piece i care too much about...

Horowitz comes close. But I have never heard a recording of this which I am completely happy.

Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

Out of that list, I would say Argerich has my favorite interpretation, but Blechacz's is also great.
The best performance I've ever heard of this piece was a studio recording by Earl Wild made in the early 1980s. I haven't yet heard a version of it that tops that one in sheer energy or musicality.

For me, I'd have to say Ashkenazy and Rubinstein. But I've only heard this piece perform by those two and then two others pianists whose names I don't recall...

How come my name isn't on your list ?....
Seriously, Rubinstein is my guy. I heard Martha play this on YouTube when she was in the Chopin competition 1000 years ago, but to me that doesn't count now. At one time I liked Horowitz's recording but over time I grew to like Rubinstein and can't listen to Horowitz playing this anymore. Funny how tastes change like that.
