How can I learn to play the arpeggios of the first compasses clearly? Must I study it slowly and articulating the fingers? Must I play always with the metronome?

Thanks!

A rhetorical question at best. Answer - yes. Arpeggio studies (Czerny and the like) will help prepare you for quite a bit of Beethoven.
