Do we have any impovists out there who play Blues/Jazz who are at quite a advanced stage?

I play myself and kinda hit a brick wall.....oh yes! I know some nice pretty complicated chord progressions for soloing ect, but I would love to exchange some ideas with some people out there in my position.........can you please e-mail me and perhaps we can exchange techniques via midi files, I think this would be a great idea to share styles.
