partition (F.) = score (E.) So you're starting at the very beginning. Find a good teacher! If you don't know where to find one, ask the music teacher at your school.

As long as you don't get into jazz, you'll be fine.

If you don't know how to read piano music, and you don't want to take lessons, there's not going to be a whole heck of a lot you can do. But you can try learning how to play by ear -- just sit down at the piano and try to pick out the melodies of your favorite music -- pop songs, folk songs, whatever. After you get pretty good at that, add the left hand and try to play a bass line to go with them. Then add chords, which you should know about from your guitar lessons.

Or, if you're taking guitar lessons, try to play the same songs you're learning on the guitar on the piano.

I guess, except you learning piano from your piano's teacher is a great way you should have read anything about partitur from music books, or internet, magazine, or whatever. The thing that we want to know is try to get it stengthfuly.

Take some lessons. A good teacher will be able to understand what you need.

Bonne chance.

We asked you what you wanted to play and you said "I don't know! Everything!".

Then you mentioned a song by the White Stripes. If you already know that that's what you want to play, you should be able to find the music by yourself. But since you don't know how to read music, and you're not willing to take lessons, I don't see what good it will do you.

In any language, you're not an easy person to help. I'd stick to the guitar if I were you.

Tu viens du Québec ou de France? I think you should be more polite and precise in your questions if you want help.

You are after popular music, the majority of pianists on this forum play classical. Unless that is what you want, you are not going to get a lot of help.

Also, if you phrase your questions better, you are likely to get more help.

Also typing LIKKKE THIIIIIS is not going to get you help faster. It is just likely to get everyone annoyed with you, as some (Thalbergmad...) are already.

And then what, play it for you? This is as retarded as telling someone if he can read the book you have to do a presentation about.

If you want someone else to play it then stop whining here about how to play and buy the CD.
