Hi it´s my honest intent to help you but I know little french and even less about teaching.
Do you mean that you can play it on guitar? Do you want the chords with the melody?

(Bob is confused)
Partition? That looks like an unfinished score. It's a little awkward to read.
I don't see any words but the title. What are you asking?

Marion, why don't you try an easier piece, and one that is a little better set out?
The quality of that score isn't very good, and there are plenty on here that are.
Give this one a try
http://www.pianostreet.com/search/freesingle.php?id=1253
or this one
http://www.pianostreet.com/search/freesingle.php?id=887
They are both free to download, so it doesn't matter if you are only a silver member.

I think she's saying she can't read music. If so, a teacher is the way to go.
It'll be tricky but possible to teach yourself, maybe browse for things with note names on it.
(Notice I stuck to English this time
)

Tu dois absolument trouver un professeur si tu ne sais pas lire la musique et veut apprendre à le faire. Même si tu ne prends que quelques cours, c'est un mal nécéssaire. C'est la meilleure aide que quiconque peut te donner.

Jazz is to classical what Mcdonald's is to great restaurants. It's trash and will allways be even if lots of people like it.

All we do in French class is various dialogues anyway that teach us nothing. I'd be surprised if half my class knew how to say "I am a table."

www.musictheory.net
If you can't find a teacher now, at least start browsing websites online ((then you can at least have a basic understanding of music theory. . . )).
It goes along w/ that "motivation" thing in the "Can you teach inspiration" thread - You need to make an effort to learn - Don't ask others to do it for you; You'll get nowhere.
