Music Notation using a computer
«
on:

Greetings,
My wife and I have zero talent but immense enthusiasim/commitment to learning. My wife is a struggleing singer. I am wondering if there is a computer program that would allow me to easily enter music notation so that I can change keys. My ability to transpose on the fly is less than zero.
I've learned a lot by lurking and offer my appreciation in advance for any advice.
Regards

I'm pretty sure Sibelius transposes... but if you're looking for a cheaper alternative, Personal Composer is what I use, and it transposes quite nicely.

Try Finale Notepad. It's free:
