I can't understand the left hand in "Allegro di molto e con brio".
Listening to the music there's no variation but looking to the sheet it seems that the left hand gets slower (4 notes instead of
.
Is there anyone who can help me on this issue

I've seen a version like this. Are the 4 notes instead of 8 filled in or not?
If they aren't filled in, that's basically an indication to keep doing as you were the previous bars, same rhythm.
It confused the hell out of a guy in my music class, and he thought he could play it up to speed because he was only playing 4 notes. I corrected him (not without a little smugness on my part, he has been learning piano for much longer than I have)

Ha Ha Ha,
yea its short hand. You play them as 8th's sweet heart. Basically as fast as your left hand'll go. (In time of course)
