My first attempt to play the Garspard de la Nuit in full.  Posted a completely broken Scarbo a long time ago, it's slightly better now.

Why the hell do you play with sheet music ? You obviously did not finish learning the piece, and there are still some passageworks that are over you. You can do beautiful things but you're still not ready for something that big IMO.

Jazz is to classical what Mcdonald's is to great restaurants. It's trash and will allways be even if lots of people like it.

Hmm... I think I can say by any account this is a pretty difficult piece.  If I can play this well, I probably would not have gone to school for engineering.  Haha.

Of course it is very very difficult. That was not my point. My point was, master it before you post it. And it goes without saying that this is a great achievment allready, and you do many good things, but it's still not up there you know.

I agree, that's a bit harsh. He said he was still learning.

dikai yang, my only comment is that the "ripple" accompaniment (in the right hand at the beginning) must be subordinate to the melody in the left hand. Ideally it should just be a whisper, but no doubt it's very difficult to play it ppp. If that's a problem, you might as well play the left hand a little louder.
