I have a question say for Eb or Ab chord I should use for left hand 5,3,2? is there other way? I don't want to use my pinky finger... it's hard sometimes...
Eb major LH chord: on three notes, you can also use 5-3-1, 4-2-1 or even 3-2-1 as well, but in an octave, it's 5-3-2-1 (5-4-2-1, 5-3-2-1). It should prove way more comfortable than anything else (well, unles you have Rachmaninoff-size hands, then I suppose 4-3-2-1 would be an option). As far as the thriple-note chords go, the fingering to choose is to some extent dependant on where will the hand be moving next. 5-3-1 is kind of... static. 5-3-2 frees the thumb to play something above the chord, 3-2-1 gives the pinky a lot of room to jump downwards...
Eb major LH arpeggio: thumb goes on the G. It's (or at least I use, in general concensus with the rest of the conservatory) 3-1-4-2-1-4-2... etc., where the third finger at the start is a matter of preference (you can start with 2-1-4 as well). The thumb-on-the-white-key principle applies to all these arpeggios with two black and one white note (which is usually in the middle, B major/b flat minor being an exception).
Hope this helps.

Since that I don't have Rachmaninoff hands lol! I think that from the black keys in a song that was with Eb, Ab and Db something like this my pinky finger almost broken! the problem is when I have 2 black keys and one white note... 3 2 1 is that possible?! It seems that I can't.. I tried playing Bb with 4 3 2 and maybe I have no other way then to use 5 3 2 when it comes to Eb or Ab
4-3-2 is definitely bad fingering for any major/minor chord. Eb-Ab-Db would be 5-2-1. All in all - just search for what is most comfortable (as is always the principle when looking for fingering).
