Hi!
I'm a chinese from malaysia, and i will be going to canada soon to study music. There are a few things i'm worried about though.

The standard here, unfortunately, is much lower than western countries. Will the teachers there be patient enough to polish me up so i can enter a university which has a fairly good music program? What should i get used to?

The fees there are expensive! 50 dollars per hour!? For univ. audition preperation standards, how many hours should i take per week?

thanks!

Hi too, I am chinese from Indonesia. I can't answer your question  Grin instead I like to ask too if anyone know which country is good to learn music but with affordable expense. What about NZ or Dutch?
Thank You very much.
