I posted a recital recording 6 months ago just to see what people thought.
http://www.pianostreet.com/smf/index.php/topic,27635.msg318827.html

I tried to take their advice while still playing the piece how I like it. I think I improved a lot.

I know its a little too fast, I got nervous since it was being judged.

any comments would be great, be as harsh as is necessary. I really want to master this piece because it's the first "hard" piece I learned (skipping from the nocturne op 9 no 2 to this).

Abit too fast for your technique yes. Overall it was okay but you should try to relax in your playing more, since it was abit too loud too. Also the melody didnt come out clearly enough.

Work on those things and you'll be fine Smiley

The B section bogged down, and it felt like we would never come up from it.
And if you can bring the heart of the piece into subjection to a tempo that you can
control, it will really improve.

I think you have the potential, as you hone it, to produce an impressive technique, and to be a very fine pianist.
