Can I just ask to those intellectual people out there: What does WOUHOUUUU mean? I like to improve my volcabulary and already have a wide range of volcabulary but what does WOUHOUUUU mean?!?

All help will be very much appreciated. Arguments not accepted.

I think that WOOHOUUUU is the bizarre attempt of an immature teenager to poke fun at younger children because they think that they alone are worthy of attention, value, and an opinion.

I have plans to test it next summer, there's a skydiving ranch a few hours away that I keep hearing about on the news.  I think they're lax on the safety rules, so mebbe we can jump sooner
