I just finished reading this book for the second time.  I enjoyed it even more this time round.

Has anyone else read this book and had any thoughts on it?

P.S For those who don't know, it's Cziffra's autobiography

My teacher owns the english version.  It's a pretty good translation, apparently.

Well, i've never bought it myself, and my teacher says it's very hard to get a hold of.  I think she picked it up luckily on e Bay- i've certainly never been able to order it through places like Dymocks or Angus and Robertson.  If you do get a hold of it, you'll get a cd too, so it's worth it.

Incidentally, my father just ordered it for my Christmas present (I know, it's not much of a surprise but it's still special since I've been looking for several months). Oddly, after on-and-off searching, I actually found it on the UK site for amazon.com...trouble is, there's an extraordinarily long lead time for shipping (4 or 6 weeks I believe)...so, it won't be here for Christmas, but well worth the wait I think.
