Help to build technical abilities

OK, here is my situation.
I have been playing for more than 10 years, with and without teachers. Now I teach beginners - intermediate - early advanced students. I barely have a few hours a week to practice. I want to improve my technique, cause it do not think it is good at all.
During these years I have played a lot of Hanon and Czerny, and the last teacher I had (about 3 years ago) had me work in 10 - 15 studies from Czerny op. 740 (which I could play all right).
I do not like Czerny too much (lack of musicality), and I switch by myself to Moszkowski Etudes op. 72. I could play nº 11 OK but not technically perfect (after lot of hard work). I really want to improve with my technique. Are the Moskowski good for me ? The Chopin etudes look overwhelming to me (especially with the little time I got), and Liszt, we're not even gonna go there... Should I feel this way about them or are they reasonably reachable at my level ?
By the way, I am currently working on a Scriabin prelude op.11 nº 1, Mozart sonata K 333 and Liszt "Les cloches de Genève", so you have an idea of my capabilities. What pieces or etudes should I work on to progress little by little ? Help anyone ?
