Those notes are played together, staccato.

Oh...those clusters of notes should be played together...they are just written like that because the notes are too close together to be written one on top of the other...but they are played at the same time. DLu

They are regular chords, so they need to played blocked. Concerning the fingering, try to work it out yourself. How would you attempt it? Think about how the notes fit under the hand. For measure 27, the issue is not so much which fingers play the notes, but working out the motions to move between the E and the chord. This and other questions have been adressed recently: http://www.pianoforum.net/smf/index.php/topic,8438.0.htmlhttp://www.pianoforum.net/smf/index.php/topic,8585.0.htmlhttp://www.pianoforum.net/smf/index.php/topic,7310.0.htmlhttp://www.pianoforum.net/smf/index.php/topic,8695.0.html

As a teacher who looks out for students with utmost care, I have to ask: is this really the first time you have seen an inverval of a second in print? If so, I think you skipped many steps. Is your teacher aware of this, if you even have one? Just prompting some thought, not looking for trouble.
