Looking for a piece "Teresita Waltz" or "Mi Teresita" by Teresa Carreno

Finally after getting through the new site enrollment we can post again!  My daughter just heard this piece on a classical music station and would like to play it.  Can anyone tell me where we might find the score, its background and level?  Thanks, Lani
