Does anyone have the score? Know where I can find it? Know if it exists?

It's the jazz song from The Thomas Crowne Affair....
Nina Simone was the first black woman to graduate from Julliard, and she was not only a great jazz pianist, but also a great blues singer.
I'm just wondering if anyone has the basic score....I know she improvises a lot on recordings, but I might want to cover it.

Nina Simone was so talented. I don't know if scores exist but I am also interested in finding sheet music.
