What is the name of this "Egyptian" melody"?

between 4.22-4.28 there is a melody that most people associate with Egypt but what is the name of the melody and who wrote it?

Sounds like part of a tune that was used by the old act of Wilson, Keppell and Betty for the once famous Sand Dance.

In which case, it would be the Ballet Epyptian by Alexander Luigini.
