Beethoven Sonata in G, op31.. need advice please!

Hi, I'm new! I'd like some help from you guys about Beethoven's Sonata in G, op31 number 1...its in 2007-2008 ABRSM grade 8 B list. This is the clip         

               1. There's a lot of running notes in this piece. I've tried dotted rhythm practice but i still play it unevenly. My thumbs don't flip fast enough.

2. At the part when it goes to minor mode (1:12 of the clip, 3rd page of the urtext edition)
    When my right hand has to do the rotary thingy with the second/fourth finger and the left hand "runs", i get it uneven.

3. I don't know how to plan out this piece. It's the first time i'm playing a song that reaches 8 pages.

4. Is there anything i should know to play beethoven better?

Beethoven is classical ... but it's Beethoven  You should learn to know him and see what he can tell you about him.

Czerny's teacher was Beethoven, so you might check out what Czerny had to say in his Op.500 Chapter 2, "On The Proper Performance Of All Beethoven's Works For Piano Solo":
