Is there a teacher who uses Chuang Chang's techniques in Jerusalem?

Hi!

I'm reading the on-line book by Chuang C. Chang on piano technique--it is very good.

Would anyone know if there is a good teacher who utilizes these techniques in Jerusalem, Israel?
