PROKOFIEV PIANO CONCERTO 3 S.o.S

I am trying to study this concert BUT at the last movement near the end the piano does smth weird and i cant find how to play it is smth like glissando at tempo 6plets with 2 notes palyed together 2nds and i need advice how to devide hands and how to play!!!!!!!!!!
