What happened to the emoticons?

How come now whenever I type in a smiley or grin or whatever it shows a square with a dot in the middle instead in the post? Has this happened with everyone else?

To make my point..... ;)

Argggh! Now some work and some don't and the one I used to make my point is working! I'm just checking now to see which ones work or not.

They are not working no. 3,5,6, and9 are just square boxes. mine come up the same????
