Exam Prices...

Hey, I haven't done any exams since I left school but it's something I'd like to try and obtain now.  But I was just wondering how much do they cost now? I'm thinking of grade 7 or 8.  Also I need to know the Grade 5 Theory cost too because I haven't done that lol, although am I right in thinking if you've done Grade 5 Jazz you don't actually need to the Theory exam to take Grades 6,7, 8?  I'm talking about ABRSM btw I should say.  Just curious really, thanks very much.
